You can get application forms for this announcement from the Office of the hospital administration during official working hours from 9:30 - 11:30 am, and 1:00 - 2:00 pm seven days a week except on Sunday, a hospital official holiday, note that the applicant has fulfilled the requirements would apply to a written test and personal interview.
