Declaration of receiving requests for graduates - the second year

Mercy Corps is an international non-profit organization working in the field of international relief and development and is serving more than 19 million people in 36 countries around the world. Mercy Corps exists in the West Bank and Gaza since the eighties to help the Palestinians to have their immediate needs and to find lasting solutions to chronic problems. As implemented by Mercy Corps and its offices in East Jerusalem, Ramallah and Gaza, all the projects in the Palestinian territories.
Declares Mercy Corps and through a program to help Palestinian society (PCAP), funded by USAID USAID, the availability of training opportunities and run with pay for graduates and new graduates from universities and technical colleges and vocational and technical schools in the Gaza Strip to work in local companies, and private sector institutions for a period ranging between 3-4 months.
Required for graduates and graduates who wish to take advantage of the training program and employment, a certificate in one of the following areas:
· Information and Communication Technology
· Business Administration
· Accounting
· Engineering - particularly in construction and consultancy) a civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical)
Admission Requirements:
· Be a graduate from a university or college or a vocational training center between 2009 and 2011.
· Must be a graduate at a rate not less than 75%.
· To be unemployed at the moment.
· Must not have benefited from the training programs of any practical or create jobs for more than two months within a year of its history.
• To be fully prepared to devote time full time for the company / institution during the period of practical training / employment.
· Encourage graduates to apply for admission to the program.
Recruitment procedures:
· Mercy Corps will nominate 5 applications / resumes to the employer for each job vacancy, and that match the needs of the employer and adapt the skills required for the job.
· The employer will sort the applications and prepare a list of 3 candidates for each vacant job.
· The employer to conduct interviews under the supervision of Mercy Corps to select the best candidates for the vacant job required.
· Contract will be signed between the three Mercy Corps and the employer and the trainee before the trainee receives his duties with the employer and under which the Mercy Corps to cover 75% of the monthly salary of a trainee during the training period.
