Attract trainers to project rehabilitation and training of disabled war in Gaza / Islamic University -10/1/2012

The project of rehabilitation and training of disabled war in Gaza at the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education at the Islamic University and the implementation of a training program aimed at vocational training to 400 people of the Gaza  disabled and funded by the Agency for the Turkish International Cooperation and Coordination


. Therefore, the project wishes to recruit a number of trainers with experience in rehabilitation and vocational training in the following areas:


· The work of pottery and ceramics.
· Excavation work on wood and handmade decorations and using a computer.
· Manufacture of bamboo furniture.
· Upholstered furniture.
· Painting work of furniture.
· Bookbinding.
· Maintenance of mobile phones and smart phones.
· Sewing
· Embroidery
· The jewelry industry and the formation of gold and silver
· Knitting
· Soap and cosmetics
· Maintenance of household appliances
· Coordination of flowers
· The work of gypsum
· Painting on glass and silk
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Prepare the necessary training material and delivered to the Dean at least a week before the beginning of the training program.
2. To report the completion of the training after each lecture, and a final evaluation report of the training includes the assessment of trainees before and after training, obstacles and lessons learned as well as recommendations for other training needs of trainees.
3. Activation of professional concerns to be productive during the training period and after training.
4. Conduct professional training on a regular basis.
Experience and qualifications required:
1. Be a coach with experience in one of the areas mentioned above, preferably who has a degree from an accredited institution approved.
2. To have a coach's experience of not less than 3 years working his specialty.
3. To have a coach training experience installed no less than 100 hours of advanced training in the subject to him.
4. Have a willingness to implement the training in any place or operator assigned to him by the project.
5. To provide the coach with his own detailed training plan of the subject with the desired model for the training material prepared by the former in the same subject.
The training venue:
Training workshops will be allocated to it at the headquarters of the Islamic University.
